Community Action Fareham

Community Action Fareham (this is an external hyperlink) promotes volunteering in Fareham and works with others to improve the quality of life for people in the community, especially anyone who is excluded or disadvantaged in any way.

Community Action Fareham works with approximately 90 local organisations and manages Shopmobility, Dial-a-Ride and Community Transport as well as the Caring and Disability Information Centre.
