Cams Community Club offers affordable, fun and sociable activities for the retired residents of Fareham on the site of Cams Hill Schools.
The cost of the club activities are from £2.50 and include refreshments.

sessions are a fun, enjoyable and sociable way to increase your physical activity levels whilst being sat down. The sessions include movement to music that aims to improve and increase your strength, mobility and flexibility which will lead to improving your health and well-being.
Nordic Walking is an enhancement to ordinary walking - it makes something we can all do twice as effective!
Anyone wishing to attend a led walk needs to have attended a course or had tuition from an Instructor. They will also need to provide their own poles.
