Come and Get Healthy With Us

Fareham Borough Council is committed to the health of the Borough and employs a Health Improvement Officer who is based within the Community Unit.

The main aim of the role is to work in partnership with other agencies, such as the Hampshire Primary Care Trust, to provide a programme of health improvement campaigns and projects in an attempt to raise the awareness of adopting and maintaining a safe and healthy lifestyle.
