Feb Half - Term from 13 - 18 Feb
Gold Rush is a programme of Olympic and Paralympic taster sessions which will be delivered by Fareham Borough Council's Play Rangers and local sports clubs, across different sites within the Borough. The activities are all free and the sessions are available to young people across the Borough - all ages and abilities are welcome! Young people aged 8 and under must be accompanied by a parent/ guardian.
Sessions take place in the morning 10am-12noon and afetrnoon 1.30pm - 3.30pm during the week, and will include a range of sports such as shooting, synchronised swimming, rugby, football, table tennis and lots more.....
Some sessions booking is essential please check the timetable.
The week's events will conclude with a special competition being held at Cams Alders Recreation Ground on Sat 18 Feb from 10am - 1.30pm, where anyone who has attended an Olympic sporting taster session(s) during the week can enter!
