Act Now Cards

 

We aim to provide our customers with the highest quality service and welcome any comments, complaints or compliments you may have as a positive step towards achieving this aim.

An 'Act Now' Card' gives you the opportunity to pass on your views about our service.

These cards are available in paper versions in most public libraries and at the Civic Offices.

On receipt of a completed Act Now card we will endeavour to respond to you within five working days.

You can also print out a paper Act Now Card (180 Kb) and return it to us in the post.

If you would like to fill in an online Act Now Card, please fill in the details and select the send button at the bottom of the form, please remember to make a note of the Form ID number for future reference.
