Residents at each meeting received an update from One Community and the local Police from each area; Fareham, Portchester, Crofton (Stubbington), Titchfield and Warsash. Following this, Councillor Woodward gave a presentation on developments across the borough over the last year and what some exciting upcoming projects.

A number of Community Action Team (CAT) meetings took place at the time alongside Exhibitions in Fareham Borough. The reason for the consultation was to ask for residents' views on where in the borough the 520 new houses which the Government had updated as the housing target for Fareham could be placed. The earlier Local Plan does not provide enough space for this and that is why a number of issues and options needed to be considered.

This meeting was an opportunity for residents to quiz the Leader of Fareham Borough Council Councillor Woodward about the Borough and what is going on in the area. Local Police from each of the areas; Fareham, Portchester, Crofton (Stubbington), Titchfield and Warsash attended and also updated members of the public on crime rates and local events.
