•Fareham Library – Monday, Thursday and Friday 9.30am to 7pm, Tuesday and Wednesday 9.30am to 5pm. Saturday 9.30am to 4pm.
•Portchester Library, Monday to Friday 10am to 1pm and 2pm to 7pm. Tuesday and Wednesday 9.30am to 5pm. Saturday 9.30am to 1pm.
•Lockswood Library and Community Centre, Monday to Friday 9.30am to 7pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9.30am to 5pm. Wednesday and Saturday 9.30am to 1pm.
•Stubbington Library, Monday and Friday 9.30am to 7pm, Tuesday and Thursday 9.30am to 5pm, Wednesday and Saturday 9.30am to 1pm.
You can ask for a paper representation form to be sent to you by phoning 01329 824409 or emailing consultation@fareham.gov.uk. Responses can also be emailed directly to planningpolicy@fareham.gov.uk .
Once the consultation has ended the Council will send the Draft Neighbourhood Plan along with all representations made to an independent examiner. The examiner will assess whether the plan meets the basic conditions or needs further amendments.
The final Titchfield Neighbourhood Plan was the subject of a referendum in the Titchfield Neighbourhood Area in July 2019.
