Overall there were 281 respondents. Residents chose a wooden and metal climbing unit for the junior aged equipment and 81% of residents preferred the pirate themed climbing unit for toddlers.

We did

Portchester Park in Westlands Grove has new toddler and junior play equipment, an inclusive swing and a roundabout. The Press Release about the installation is viewable above.

Traditional games and graphics have also been painted on the ground and equipment has been repainted and cleaned to make the play areas look as good as new.

Before work began, residents were consulted and asked to vote on what pieces of equipment they wanted in the play areas.
