Ways to Apply   

There are two main ways of applying for a job at Fareham Borough Council.

• Using our on-line application form
• Completing a paper application (which can be posted or e-mailed to us)

Please note that we do not accept CVs (Curricula Vitae)

To Apply online

The on-line application form is a straight forward way of completing your job application. You do not have to complete it in one go as you will be given an ID number and PIN to use to go back to your application.  This can be e-mailed to you in addition to reminders that let you know if a closing date is near.

You will be able to keep returning to your application until either you submit it to us or the closing date of the job is reached.

To start your application simply select the “Apply for this job online” button that you will find at the bottom of each job advert.

To Complete a Paper Application

The following information forms a 'Pack' which gives the details required should you wish to apply for a job with Fareham Borough Council.

If you wish to apply for one of the vacancies advertised, please download the following files:

• Letter to Applicants (180KB)    (Please print and return the receipt slip with your application form should you wish us to acknowledge receipt of your application)
• PDF format (166 KB)  (Please print out, complete and return to us via the post)
