Fareham Borough Council has randomly selected over 4,000 homes to receive their 2013 Residents' Survey.
Every household that completes and returns a survey is automatically entered into a prize draw for a first prize of £250.
So far a great number of people have taken the time to fill in the survey passing on a variety of constructive comments and suggestions. If you still have a survey the deadline is November 15th so there is still time to make sure your views are counted and that your household is entered into the prize draw.
Executive Leader of Fareham Borough Council, Councillor Seán Woodward said "The Residents' Survey is a great opportunity for individuals to represent the views of their community. In this year's survey, we would like people to tell us the services that are most and least important to them. Over the next few years, the Government will be giving us less money to provide Council services and we have to make some difficult decisions, we aim to use residents' survey responses to help us do this."
All answers will be treated in the strictest confidence and stored securely. Any personal information will only be used for monitoring responses. If you have any questions about the survey please contact the Customer Service Centre on 01329 236100.
