Fareham Borough Council is asking for residents to comment on the draft changes to its Secure Tenancy Agreement. The consultation is set to last until 31 January 2014.
The changes are to make the document easier to understand and aim to be introduced in summer this year. All comments will be considered as part of the decision making process.
Executive Member for Health and Housing, Councillor Brian Bayford, said: "This new scheme will give the Council and our tenants greater flexibility in the use of the Council's housing stock."
People are encouraged to put forward their views about the proposed changes to the tenancy agreement by completing a short survey online or in writing to Tenancy Services Manager, Department of Community, Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham PO16 7AZ.
