Press Release

09 November 2015

A new beginning for Blackbrook Park

Get involved with your local play area!

Fareham Borough Council would like to know what additional play equipment should be installed in Blackbrook Park.

We are asking all residents, especially our younger ones, to tell us what extra pieces of equipment they think would improve the play area. Questionnaires can be completed online at: www.fareham.gov.uk/consultations.

Local residents will also receive a letter and a copy of the survey to complete.

Participants can select three preferred pieces of equipment and the most popular will be installed.

Executive Member for Leisure and Community, Cllr Sue Bell says "Consultations on improving the Borough's play areas so far have been well received, with some fantastic pieces of equipment being installed so no one misses out on the fun! I encourage everyone to get involved and have their say!"

The deadline for the survey is Monday 30th November, so make sure you have your say!

For more information please contact Emma Watts on 01329 824440 or email ewatts@fareham.gov.uk.
