Public meetings on revised Newlands Farm planning application

Fareham Borough Council is holding two Community Action Team meetings about a revised planning application to develop the land south of Longfield Avenue.

The revised application from Hallam Land Management is now live on the Council's website. The application reduces the number of proposed homes from 1550 to 1100, and also includes plans for:

Two CAT meetings to discuss the proposal have been planned:

Councillor Nick Walker, Chairman of the Planning Committee, said: "From the comments received previously, we are aware of the strong local feelings about the planning proposals for Newlands Farm. I would ask anyone with an interest to visit www.fareham.gov.uk to find out more and comment on the application. You can also attend one of the two CAT Meetings and have your say."
