Have your say at the Y-CAT meeting

Fareham Borough Council is inviting young people to come along to the Y CAT (Youth Community Action Team) meeting on Friday 30 June from 7pm-8:30pm at X-Perience Youth Centre.

At the meeting young people will have the opportunity to ask the Leader of Fareham Borough Council, Cllr Seán Woodward, any questions or raise concerns they may have about their local area.

The police will be attending to answer any questions that young people may have as well as providing information on what actions are being taken to keep the Borough safe.

Executive Member for Leisure and Community, Cllr Sue Bell, said: "The Y CAT meeting gives young people the chance to get their views across to the Council in an easy and informal way. The Police will also be attending the meeting to reassure young people that Fareham is a safe place to be."

Those attending the meeting will get free pizza at the end!

Anyone aged 11-19 years old can attend and are welcome to just turn up on the night. The meeting is being held at X-Perience Youth Centre, Trinity Street, Fareham, PO16 7SJ.
