Update on IFA2 at summer CAT meeting

A summer Community Action Team (CAT) Meeting will take place on Tuesday 28 June at Holy Rood Church, Stubbington from 7pm-8:30pm.

At this meeting, Executive Leader of Fareham Borough Council, Cllr Seán Woodward will give a presentation about initiatives taking place across the whole of Fareham. There will also be an update on National Grid's planning application for the building of an electricity converter station at Daedalus, known as IFA2.

Chairman of the CAT, Cllr Kay Mandry said: "Come along to hear an update on IFA2 and find out what will be happening next. There will also be a presentation reviewing the last 12 months in Fareham."

Residents will also get the chance to raise any issues or concerns they may have about their local area.
