Local Residents Awarded Grant

A successful Community Fund Application has been awarded to a group of local residents who live in Eastern Parade, in Fareham and requested 'Dragons teeth' (wooden bollards) to be installed to stop vehicles from driving on and using a grassed area to park on.

The application was made via the Fareham Borough Council's, Community Action Team (CAT) and a grant of £540 has been awarded to the project.

Executive Leader of Fareham Borough Council, Councillor Seán Woodward: "I am pleased that the Council has been able to support the local community with this project, which will enhance the local area."
