Community Funding awarded for fenced pond and wildlife project in school grounds

West Hill Park School has been awarded �1,500 in funding to assist with a securely fenced pond and wildlife area project.

Executive Leader of Fareham Borough Council, Councillor Se�n Woodward, said: "The project will create a safe and stimulating outdoor environment that will benefit not only the pupils of West Hill Park School but also children in the local community".

The total cost of the project is �3,500. West Hill Park School has raised �500 and County Councillor Geoff Hockley has agreed to contribute �1,500 from Hampshire County Council funds.
