The annual Easter extravaganza through the beautiful award winning woodlands of Holly Hill is taking place on Saturday 31st March. The event attracts hundreds of people and is a family favourite. With this year's new theme, 'Water World', there will be lots of games, clues, challenges and activities to get everyone really involved.
The Water World theme is sure to be a hit with costumed characters and scene sets that bring the woods alive as you go in search of an under water world of treasures. Whether you take the duck water challenge, splash the mermaid, or feed the fish this will be a day to remember.
Executive leader for Leisure and Community, Councillor Connie Hockley said: "This event is always very popular so everyone should book their tickets as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. The event is full of great activities and it will be a day full of adventure and discovery."
The event starts at 12.00 noon with phased entry times until last entry at 4.00pm. Tickets cost £5.50 per child and adults go free with children. There are 400 tickets available but please be aware that this event sells out very fast so book well in advance to avoid disappointment. Tickets can be booked through Fareham Tourist Information Centre.
The meeting point is at the Holly Hill Woodland Park main car park entrance, off Barnes Lane, Sarisbury. We recommend wearing waterproof shoes, and fancy dress is optional. Refreshments will be available from the Friends of Holly Hill.
