Fareham Borough Council in partnership with local groups and organisations are delivering a range of events and activities throughout the Borough to celebrate The Queens Diamond Jubilee and the London 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games and require the support and assistance of local volunteers.
There are a range of opportunities available in Fareham on various days and times throughout the spring and summer, including marshalling at the Fareham 2012 Triathlon, helping out at the Big Jubilee Lunch event and assisting when the Olympic Flame arrives in Fareham.
If you would like to volunteer and give something back to the community, develop skills and even make friends, get in touch with the Leisure and Community Team on 01329 236100 and request an information pack and application to be sent to you.
