Mayor of Fareham's Charity Festival

On Sunday 8 July The Mayor and Mayoress of Fareham will be holding a charity festival at Fareham Town Football Club from 1.00pm to 4.00pm to raise money for the Mayor's chosen charity, Wessex Heartbeat.

The festival will feature a Harley Davidson display, and the bikes will be riding through West Street between 12-12:30pm with a bucket collection to raise money for the charity. The Mayoress of Fareham, Mrs Carole Steadman will also be riding on the back of one of the bikes.

The Mayor of Fareham, Councillor Dennis Steadman said: "This will be a great day with lots of fun activities. We hope that lots of people will join us and help to raise as much money as possible for Wessex Heartbeat."

There will be a range of activities for adults and children including face painting, a beer tent, live music, side stalls and lots more. Adult tickets cost £1 and children tickets cost 50p.
