Fareham Borough Council has successfully prosecuted Kevin Richard Goodenough for illegally fly tipping in the front and rear gardens of a Council owned property.
Mr Goodenough has been sentenced to 225 hours of unpaid work and fined £5,000 after pleading guilty to three counts of fly tipping at Fareham Magistrates Court. He will also have to pay Fareham Borough Council's £1,000 in legal costs.
Deputy Executive Leader of Fareham Borough Council, Trevor Cartwright MBE said: "This is a great result for the Council and sends out a strong message that fly tipping won't be tolerated in Fareham."
