Day out with Fareham's Mayor at Windsor Castle

Members of the public are invited to join the Mayor of Fareham on a coach trip to historic Windsor Castle on Saturday 14th September.  Tickets cost £35 and include travel and entry to the castle.  The money raised will help support the Mayor's chosen charities The Rainbow Trust Centre, The Royal Navy and Royal Marines Charity, and Tradissar – Riding for the Disabled.

Visitors will get the chance to visit the lavish State Apartments, view royal treasures, experience the changing of the guard, and go in the beautiful St George's Chapel.

Mayor of Fareham Susan Bayford, who is delighted to be visiting the castle commented "There is so much to admire and enjoy in Windsor. With a 1000 years of fascinating royal history,  I believe that this is a very good time to visit this historic castle and favourite residence of the Royal Family."

Places are limited so early booking is advised. Tickets can be reserved by calling Mrs Anita Waterhouse on 01243 377586. The ticket includes castle entry and transport which departs Fareham at 9am and returns from Windsor at 4.30pm.
