How to pay on-line

In partnership with Capita Business Services you can pay online for a range of Council Services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week using your credit or debit card. When using this facility, your details are transmitted in a secure and confidential way.

The different card types that are accepted are:

Debit card (Maestro; Delta; Visa Electron) - DC

Credit Card (MasterCard; Visa) - CC

Parking Penalty Charge Notices * - DC & CC

Sales Invoice - DC & CC

National Non-Domestic Rates (Business Rates) - DC

Other Payments (e.g. licensing; miscellaneous fees and charges) - DC & CC

* Note: When entering the Penalty Charge Notice Number (PCN) in the reference field, it is important to enter the whole number which is the FH or FP followed by the remaining eight numbers (a zero within is not a letter, it is a number zero) with no gaps in between. This ensures that the transaction competes successfully.
