I formally apply to have a disabled driver's bay marked on the highway outside my home. I understand that this marking will have no legal significance in that should any other person park in the bay this will not in itself constitute an offence. I further understand that Fareham Borough Council cannot become involved in any way should a dispute arise to the use of the parking bay. I have read and understand the criteria for the provision of a disabled parking bay.
