Garage Block Required

  (a) Garage Tenancies are allocated in order of the date of receipt of the application, although Fareham Borough Council tenants will receive priority over other applicants provided their rent account is not in arrears.

  (b) Where offers of a garage tenancy are not acknowledged the application will be removed from the waiting list.

  (c) If the offer of a garage tenancy is refused the application will normally be removed from the waiting list.
