Check other important matters you should think about before starting work in the 'Your responsibilities' section. When you have read and considered the guidance around whether or not you need planning permission or building control approval you can find out 'What to do next' using their links.
Applications Online : You can use this link to start an application online. Once you have you will need to register with the planning portal and create a user name and password. You can use the portal's online applications service to buy a site location plan to accompany your application. You can also pay the application fee online through the portal using a company called WorldPay.
Applications by Post: In this section you can create paper applications for Fareham Borough Council and submit them by post.
