The post provides an opportunity for an individual to assist in maintaining a clean, tidy and attractive Borough as part of a unified Streetscene Service. The role will involve sweeping, litter picking, emptying bins, clearing graffiti, dog waste and dead animals. The post holder will be required to drive a van, wear a uniform.

The ideal candidate will 
Have experience working in a street cleansing role in a public service
	Environment, including high profile areas.
Have a pleasant and courteous manner as the post involves contact with public.
Be able to operate a range of ride-in and pedestrian-operated machinery, or be 
	willing and able to learn the necessary skills. 
Be able to work as member of a small team involved in daily maintenance of 
	public areas and prioritise work and be proactive in carrying out duties.
Be willing to learn and develop new skills and take part in all aspects of the work 
	of the Operations Team.

A full, clean driving licence is essential for this post.]]></description></item></channel>
