The Council is consulting on a proposal to change its Community Infrastructure Levy (CIL), which is a planning charge on new development used to fund infrastructure.
Representations must be made by 11:59pm on Monday 1st May 2023 and submitted via post or email:

The Council received 8 responses on the Community Infrastructure Levy, which the council considered and responded to before submitting the Charging Schedule for examination.
The full process can be viewed on the Councils website (link above). The examination hearings were held on the 6th of September. The Council is currently waiting for the Examiners report.
