We asked

The Council would like to renew the existing Fareham Town Centre Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO) for a further three years. The PSPO provides the Council and its partner organisations an extra measure to support our activity in managing persistent begging, alcohol and drug use in the Town Centre.

We would like you comments on the effectiveness of the existing PSPO and the area it covers.

You can submit your comments, using the survey above, by the 30 October 2022.
