We are looking for someone enthusiastic, motivated and with a drive to move forward the delivery of Welborne Garden Village.
You will need excellent communication skills and be able to build relationships with a range of partners and groups to help influence and support the delivery of the new community.
The role will require you to be creative, whether that is producing publicity for Welborne or developing new and effective ways of engaging people and so some experience in these areas would be advantageous.
Ideally you will have previous expereince of developing and delivering projects in a development or regeneration context as well as a good understanding of a range of disciplines including Housing, Economic and Community Development.

Do you want to be part of an experienced and enthusiastic team who puts the customer at the heart of everything they do?
We're looking for an experienced Benefits Assessment Officer to carry out complex Housing Benefit and Council Tax Support Assessments, help identify potential entitlements and to provide help and advice to all types of customers claiming benefit within Fareham.
You will be expected to demonstrate excellent customer care skills as you will be dealing with members of the public in person, by telephone and by email. Ideally, we need someone who can communicate complex information in a confident and empathetic manner and is able to manage their work within a pressurised environment.
As well as being competent in the use of computerised systems and possessing good keyboard skills, you should be numerate, organised and conscientious in keeping records. You should also enjoy working in a fast changing environment.
