Fareham Borough Council will be launching their new website on Monday 28 January, and are inviting residents to come and try it out at the Council Connect stand in Fareham Shopping Centre, between 10am-12pm.
The Council have been working hard over the last year to make the website much easier to use. It has a more modern, fresh look which will hopefully encourage residents to use it.
Executive Leader of Fareham Borough Council, Councillor Seán Woodward said: ""I am delighted that the new website is up and running. It is much more user friendly and informative and forms an important point of contact between our customers and the council allowing residents to learn more about their Council services, report issues and find out more about our local area. I would encourage residents to take a look at it, either at home or at the Council Connect stand in Fareham Shopping Centre, and let us know what they think."
Officers will be at the Council Connect stand on Monday to show residents the new website, and answer any questions they may have on it. Residents can also view the new website at www.fareham.gov.uk from Monday morning.
Council Connect is located in the space between the Body Shop and Accessorize in Thackeray Mall, Fareham Shopping Centre.
