Fareham has once again celebrated another year of success at today's South and South East in Bloom awards held at the Amex Stadium in Brighton.
The Borough has received its 11th consecutive winning entry in the Small City category receiving a Gold award.

There were four Britain in Bloom 'Its Neighbourhood Awards' presented which all received the award level of Outstanding:
In the summer two of the Borough school's achieved the highest possible levels, with Wicor Primary School receiving Gold and Hampshire County Winner, and Northern Junior Community School receiving a Gold as Champion of Champions with an overall win in the region.
On top of this, Matt Wakefield and Fareham were awarded the Chairman's award for the Going Wild campaign.
Executive member for Leisure and Community Councillor Connie Hockley said: "I am always so proud at how well Fareham does at the South and South East in Bloom awards. We have achieved so many wonderful awards for 11 years now, and it's all thanks to the hard work of our volunteers and council officers. I know that residents and visitors to the Borough are always very impressed with the quality of parks and gardens around Fareham."
