Fareham Borough Council are reminding people that there is still time to comment on the outline planning application from Foreman Homes Ltd to develop land to the East of Brook Lane in Warsash.
The outline planning application proposes to build up to 180 dwellings, road access from Brook Lane and landscaping, gardens and open space.
The Chairman of the Planning Committee, Councillor Nick Walker, said: "This planning application relates to land which has not been allocated for new housing and is outside of any defined urban settlement. The Council will have to consider a number of planning issues before any decision is made on this. I would encourage anyone with an interest in this planning application to look at the details on the Council's website and to comment on the proposals by 23 September."
You can view and comment on the planning application online at www.fareham.gov.uk/planning. You can also send written comments to the Department of Planning and Regulation, Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham PO16 7AZ. All comments need to be received by Friday 23 September.
If you have any questions about the planning application please contact the Department of Planning and Regulation on 01329 824815 or e-mail email@example.com.
