Access All Areas – a programme of free events for 11- 17 year old in Fareham and Whiteley – returns this summer.
The summer event days will be held from 11am to 3pm each Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday commencing Monday 29th July and ending with a finale on Wednesday 14th August 2013 at various locations across the Borough. Activities include rugby, henna tattoos, inflatables, archery, pamper sessions, DJ skills, seated volleyball, cake decorating, free BBQ, Military Mentors and human bowling.
There'll be a sign up session at Council Connect in Fareham Shopping Centre tomorrow (Saturday 8th June) 10am-3pm, there will be other opportunities to sign up before the start of the event as officers from the Community Safety team will be visiting local schools and community centres.
Chairman of the Fareham Community Safety Partnership, Councillor Arthur Mandry said: "This is a great opportunity for young people to try a new activity for free. There are so many things to try, so there's no excuse for summer holiday boredom!"
