As part of this year’s exciting Christmas Lights celebration in Fareham Town Centre we are delighted to be presenting a ‘huge’ surprise! Award winning theatre company Beautiful Creatures Theatre will be bringing their 6 metre tall puppet ‘John’ and their fantastic outdoor production of The Winter Giant to town.
It is a spectacular show, with music, lights and a magical snow storm finale, that highlights the importance of welcoming strangers and the power of community. The show’s finale uses children and their families as lantern bearers to welcome John to the town and they need your help!
Ashcroft Arts Centre, with Beautiful Creatures Theatre are offering FREE lantern making workshops, exploring the show’s key themes of home and community. Participants will make and decorate their own willow lantern ready for the parade on Friday 24th November.
