Later Living

Later Living is a Fareham Housing service designed specifically for people over the age of 55. It is defined as age designated, self-contained flats or bungalows on a small estate.
Later Living Strategy
The Later Living Strategy (11 MB) details the approach to Fareham Housing's accomodation for those aged over 55. The strategy focuses on three priorities based on the building, the service and the route into later living housing. It identifies the aims and actions, as well as the issues that need to be overcome.
You said: Can the Later Living Strategy be provided as alternative version for those struggling to read the small print?
We did: The strategy is now available in an audio version.
The Later Living Strategy Audio Version can be accessed here.
Mobile schemes
We have 20 mobile schemes which generally appeal to those residents who are more independent and the frequency from a Later Living Officer being on site is less.
