Swordfish Engagement

Swordfish site

Fareham Borough Council is looking for feedback on its proposals for the development of Swordfish Business Park at Daedalus. This forms part of the Council's public engagement activity ahead of submitting a planning application for the scheme.

Swordfish Business Park is allocated in the Local Plan for employment use and sits within the Solent Enterprise Zone.  A new internal road layout off the existing site access, alongside associated landscaping, drainage and utilities infrastructure, is being proposed. The proposed infrastructure would enable new employment floorspace.

A drop-in event was held at the Crofton Community Centre on 21 July where residents were able to view detailed information about the proposals, speak directly with the project team, and provide feedback to help shape the planning application.

You can view the information boards from the drop-in event here PDF (8 MB).

For those who were unable to attend the drop-in event, you can submit your feedback online by filling out this short survey External Hyperlink - Opens in new tab.

The deadline for feedback is Tuesday 4 August.

For more information, please contact Cascade Communication on 0800 088 4570 (Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm) or email swordfish@cascadecommunications.co.uk.
