Construction work is now underway at Fareham Housing's latest new shared ownership development at Ophelia Court, Sarisbury Green.
The site is located on the Former Scout Hut site in Montefiore Drive and will deliver 9 new shared ownership homes (5 x 1 bedroom flats and 4 x 2 bedroom flats) which are expected to complete during Winter 2024.
The scheme is currently in the early stages, but we will be preparing a brochure in due course which will give more details of the site and will give you some specific details about the homes in terms of size, layout and specification.

Please join our Affordable Home Ownership Register. This will enable us to register your interest in the properties and contact you when a marketing commencement date is set.
The current expectation is that the properties will be marketed via a local estate agent. In addition to this, we may utilise social media and the Fareham Borough Council website.
Formal marketing of the units is not expected to begin until at least Spring 2024.
The asking prices for the properties have not yet been finalised. Once marketing commences, the asking prices will be determined and added to our website. The Estate Agent will also then add the prices to their marketing information.
