Construction work is now underway at Fareham Housing's latest new shared ownership development at Ophelia Court, Sarisbury Green.
The site is located on the Former Scout Hut site in Montefiore Drive and will deliver 9 new shared ownership homes (5 x 1 bedroom flats and 4 x 2 bedroom flats).
The anticipated completion date is from January 2025.
Marketing has now closed for the properties at Ophelia Court, so you are no longer able to apply.

The Council has recently updated its Shared Ownership Policy and Processes document 
(448 KB) to reflect funding requirements.
This includes a First Come First Served Policy and a Minimum Monthly Surplus Income Policy.
