Tickets can be purchased from Ferneham Hall either in person at the box office, by phone or online. Tickets booked online incur a £1.25 booking fee.

Tickets will be exchanged for wristbands upon arrival to the event.
Please ensure your tickets are kept safe as you will not be permitted to enter without a valid ticket.
Lost tickets cannot be re-issued.
Tickets are non-refundable.
Child tickets are for children aged 16 and under.
All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Children under 2 are free but still need a ticket.
These tickets will include entry and free unlimited funfair rides and children's activities. If buying a family ticket, adults will also be issued with an all-inclusive wristband upon arrival.
Please be aware that some rides have height restrictions.
A registered carer attending with a disabled person who has a valid ticket will be allowed free entry. The carer will need to show proof that they are registered when applying for a ticket e.g. a letter from the NHS. These tickets are only available in person at Ferneham Hall or the Control Tower.
No, all tickets must be purchased in advance from the Ferneham Hall Box Office or the Control Tower.
Yes, we will be exchanging tickets for wristbands so re-entry will be allowed when a valid wristband is shown.
Parking is free but limited.
Parking permits will be issued on request subject to availability. This must be done at the time of booking tickets. If you are a blue badge holder, please request a disabled parking space when booking your tickets.
Parking permits will be allocated on a strictly first come, first served basis. There will be no vehicle admission to the event site without a valid parking permit.
You will need to display your Parking Permit in your vehicle before entry and throughout the event.
Where possible we would encourage people to car share, walk or cycle.
There will be two main parking areas close to the site. Car Park Area 1 permits will be issued first and are closet to the event space, and then Car Park Area 2 permits will be issued.
The permits will be issued with your tickets. Please take note of which Car Park area you are located in and ensure you park in the correct area. Parking marshals will be on site to direct you to the correct area and the area will be clearly sign posted.
Car parks will open at 9:30am.
Please display your parking permit in your window before arrival.
Car park area 2 is a short walk to the event site.
Anyone attending without a parking permit will not be able to park at the event site.
Parking in both areas is on a grassed area and may be uneven and muddy in the event of bad weather.
Please be aware Monks Hill car park will be closed to vehicles from the evening of Friday 7 June until the evening of Sunday 9 June.
The disabled parking area will be close to the entrance in Car Park Area 1 on a hard-standing surface, however please be aware that the ground may be uneven walking to the event space.
If you require a disabled parking space, please book this at the time of booking tickets. You will need to display your blue badge on your dashboard, along with your parking permit upon arrival, so you can be directed to the correct area.
Please note the actual event area is mostly grass and likely to be uneven in places and may become muddy if wet.
Pre-bookable and pre-pay mobility scooters and wheelchairs for the event are available via contacting ShopMobility in Fareham. ShopMobility number is 01329 282929 or 01329 287749. There is a cost to this which ShopMobility will advise on.
The event will be held at Solent Airport at Daedalus, Lee-on-the-Solent.
Postcode for Sat Navs is PO13 9FX which will take you to Daedalus Drive. Please follow the yellow traffic signs into the event area.

Yes, there is a picnic area on site. Any drinks that are brought in should be unopened. No glass bottles.
No. Limited alcohol will be on sale at the event.

The Disabled Parking area has been located close to the entrance on a hard-standing area.

Assistance dogs are welcome but please be aware that the event may be noisy and busy.
In the interest of public safety all bags will be searched before entry.
Wristbands will be provided upon entry when a valid ticket is shown.
The event organiser reserves the right to refuse entry.
Public toilets, disabled toilets and baby changing facilities will be available.
Dogs and pets will not be permitted except for assistance dogs.

Any lost property will be held at the event organisers' tent.
Any incident involving a lost child should be reported to the event organisers' tent. We would encourage parents/carers to write their phone number and their child's name on the child's wristband.
Please note the operational airfield will remain open throughout the event so there may be occasions when there are periods of loud noise as aircraft take off and land.
Smoking or e-cigarettes will not be permitted.
There will be a variety of stalls and stands at the event. To express your interest in holding a stand please contact leisure@fareham.gov.uk.
In the event of extreme bad weather, the event may be cancelled. Please follow the Council's Facebook page for up to date information.

Face painting, arts and crafts, small fun fair rides, giant inflatables, Lego building, activities with Everyone Active and the Y-Bus, mad scientist show and workshop, children's drill, These are all free for those with an all-inclusive wristband.
A small charge will be required for those that want to take part in any of the above activities that don't have an all-inclusive wristband.
Fun fair rides are for young children and include jumbo planes, swing chairs, bumper boats, bungee trampolines, helter skelter, swing boats and chairplanes. Some of these rides will have height restrictions.
All activities and aircraft are subject to weather and operational requirements.
