Civic Quarter

Civic Quarter todayartists impression civic area

We know this is an important community area with well used facilities. However it needs updating.

During a parking survey in 2016 we found out that the Osborn Road Multi Storey car park is not well used. It's not attractive and safety concerns have been raised by members of the public.

Ferneham Hall, the borough's main venue for theatre, arts and community events is also dated.

Civic Quarter in the future

We would like to provide better parking as well as the right sized community and cultural facilities for a growing population.
