The Council submitted the Local Plan Part 3: Welborne Plan to the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government on 23rd June 2014. A complete list of all documents submitted to support the Plan are listed in the Library of Submission Documents. This notice (143 KB) sets out where paper copies of key Submission Documents, as listed below, can be viewed.
Additional documents required or supplied by the Inspector as part of the examination of the Welborne Plan are listed on the Examination Page.
Further to submission of the Welborne Plan on 23 June 2014, the Council have consulted upon a Suggested Change to the Welborne Plan regarding an additional alternative location for the secondary school. Further to that consultation, the Suggested Change was submitted to the examination inspector, Mr Hogger, with one minor amendment to the legend of the strategic framework diagram which ensures it is clear that if the secondary school is located closer to the district centre that the playing fields are also delivered at that location. Document CD-03 (1 MB) sets out the full Suggested Change to the Welborne Plan as submitted to the Inspector, whilst all representations received during the Suggested Change consultation were also submitted to the Inspector on 22 August 2014.
