Deputation to meetings

People living or working in the Borough may attend a meeting of the Council, the Executive, the Scrutiny board, a committee or a panel to speak on a matter that is due to be discussed. A list of forthcoming meetings is on display at the Civic Offices and you can get copies from us. Unless they are confidential, we publish copies of agendas, minutes and reports for all meetings about a week before the meeting.

You may speak about something due to be discussed at a meeting but we ask that you keep to a few ground rules. A different scheme applies to Planning committee.

If you have specific requirements for access to the Civic Offices please contact us.

You can see more information and submit your deputation form here:

For further information about Council and Committee meetings, please contact the Committee Team on Tel: 01329 236100 or e-mail: democraticservices@fareham.gov.uk
