A number of residents living in the roads around the Gillies, have recently expressed their concerns about anti-social behaviour taking place in the area and have been sent letters and surveys to give their feedback to help this issue.
Fareham Town Centre is a pleasant and safe place to live, work and visit. However, there has been a recent increase in reports of anti-social behaviour in the centre. We would like to know your views on whether we should introduce a Public Spaces Protection Order (PSPO). This would give Police and authorised officers extra powers to tackle anti-social behaviour.
You can find out more and have your say by completing a short survey by Tuesday 27 September.
Your views are important and this is an opportunity to help shape the Police and Crime Plan for Hampshire, the Isle of Wight, Portsmouth and Southampton for the next 5 years.
You can give your views to be in with a chance of winning a £25 Amazon voucher by completing a short survey .
You must live in Hampshire or the Isle of Wight to qualify. Winners will be notified by 30 September 2016.
Fareham Borough Council is looking for residents willing to make time to come along to small group sessions being held from August. The purpose of the sessions is to share thoughts and ideas that could improve Fareham Town Centre and Portchester District Centre. Those residents selected for giving up their time will be rewarded with a voucher.
We are not only interested in those people using either Fareham or Portchester centres, but also those who are not. We are also particularly interested in speaking to those groups who are traditionally harder to reach, such as young people (16-23) or parents (18-35).
The work is part of a number of pieces of research taking place over the summer that will help inform visions for the futures of both Fareham town centre and Portchester District Centre. The sessions will help the Council understand what people like and don't like about the centres and what could be done to make them more appealing.
Each session will involve between six and ten people and should last between an hour and ninety minutes. Timings of the meetings can be flexible depending on the needs of volunteers. Participants will receive cash vouchers as well as refreshments at the sessions to thank them for taking part.
You can sign up by emailing email@example.com or phoning 01329 236 100.
Fareham Borough Council is beginning work that will inform a vision for the future of Portchester District Centre and have commissioned Alpha Parking to carry out surveys on our behalf over the summer to identify parking patterns of those using the car park.
Consultants carrying out the survey work will be wearing hi-visibility clothing and carry an Alpha Parking badge. They will not collect any information that can be used to identify individual cars or owners when doing the work.
Traffic management consultations within Fareham Borough are available to view on the Hampshire County Council web portal .
We often ask you questions about equality as part of consultation. If you want to know why this is or whether you should answer them the 'why should I answer these questions' (26 KB) leaflet should help.
If you have been redirected to this page, your survey response has been submitted successfully. This page lists all of our current consultations so please visit us again soon. In the meantime, if you have questions about consultation, please e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org.
