We want to make sure that the voices of young people are heard. If you are between 11 and 17 years of age, Y CAT meetings are your opportunity to talk with the Executive Leader of the Council about issues that matter to you. We hold two Y CATs per year and any young person is welcome to come and share their views or ideas and ask questions.
The last Y CAT meeting was in May, you can read about what was discussed in the Meeting Minutes (182 KB).
The next meeting will be during National Youth Work Week (7th to 13th November), with the exact date to be confirmed shortly. If you would like to know more, please contact the Leisure and Community Team on 01329 824495 or email email@example.com.
SNAP events are safe but fun discos for young people aged between 11 and 16. They are held at Ferneham Hall three times per year and, as well as the House DJ, include exciting acts, displays and activities. To find out the date of the next SNAP, find out what the theme is and how to book your tickets, visit the SNAP website .
