On Friday 30 September, Holly Hill Woodland Park will be welcoming back 26 members of the local branch of Deloitte, inviting them to join the Friends of Holly Hill to help remove laurel and rhododendron which has invaded areas of natural woodland.
The award winning park is welcoming back the local accountancy company based in Southampton, in conjunction with Community Service Volunteers, who have kindly donated their time over several years.
Executive Member for Leisure and Community, Councillor Connie Hockley, said: "We have worked with Deloitte for a few years now and always experience a fun and enjoyable day while working to help keep the Holly Hill Woodland Park up to its Green Flag Award standards. The Council's Countryside team are especially pleased to have them back."
