The next Community Action Team (CAT) meeting will be held on 13 October 2011, at The Malt Rooms, Titchfield Community Centre. The meeting will start at 7.00pm until 8.30pm.
CAT meetings give residents the chance to discuss any concerns regarding their local community and suggest any ideas they may have to improve their area, as well as bid for Community Funding.
At this meeting there will be an update from the local police and presentations from Insulate Hampshire and the Fire Service. There will also be an update on the Hinton Hotel site. The meeting will finish with questions from the floor and people will be given the chance to chat with the Chairman and local Councillors.
Executive Leader for Fareham Borough Council, Councillor Sen Woodward said: "The local CAT meetings are a perfect opportunity for the residents to get involved and to find about more about the things going on in their community. They also provide an opportunity to raise important local issues and to get answers from Councillors and officers."
