Funding awarded to school to help improve path

Sarisbury Infant school has been awarded community grant funding of �200 to widen and improve the path leading to the school.

Executive Leader of Fareham Borough Council, Councillor Se�n Woodward, said: "I'm pleased we are able to assist the School with the improvements to the path area leading to the school entrance. This will benefit the local community by keeping the children and families who attend the school safe and allow for better pram and buggy access making the school more accessible for all".

The total cost of the project is �591.67 and the school have been awarded �200 from Fareham Borough Council's Community Fund the remainder of the project costs will raised by Sarisbury Infant school and the school's PTA (parent teacher association)
