The Gosport and Fareham Junior Netball League have been awarded �693 to purchase new kits for the under 16's representative squad.
Executive Leader of Fareham Borough Council, Councillor Se�n Woodward, said: "The project will benefit the local community by keeping the girls engaged in a sporting activity and encouraging sporting excellence. The kits will be used by the netball league for years to come, benefiting the club and community beyond the current season."
The Gosport and Fareham Junior Netball League is run in conjunction with the adult league and is a non profit and entirely voluntary organisation. Three of the teams in the league have been awarded the National Kite Mark by Sport England, identifying the high quality of the coaching and facilities.
