Next week the Play Rangers will be leading a range of fun and free outdoor activities, including a Teddy Bear's picnic at Holly Hill Woodland Park on Wednesday to celebrate National Play Day.
Organised by Fareham Borough Council in Partnership with Y- Services for Young People, Play Rangers offer children from 5-12 years old with a variety of play opportunities and outdoor activities that they may not have experienced before.
Sessions for next week (Monday 5th – Friday 10th August) feature a range of adventurous activities across the following locations:

The sessions are free and no booking is necessary. Children can just turn up and join in. Whilst expert supervision is on hand through Y-Services, children under 8 years old must be accompanied by their parent/adult carer and parents of all age groups remain responsible for their children at all times.
Executive member for Leisure and Community, Councillor Connie Hockley, said: "Play Rangers is an excellent way for children to experience new and rewarding play experiences, we are particularly excited about Wednesdays session when the Play Rangers will be hosting a huge Teddy Bears Picnic as part of National Play Day Celebrations".
