Code of Conduct & Members' Complaints

Members' Code of Conduct

This Code of Conduct for Members sets out what members must observe in carrying out their duties as councillors, as representative of the Council and in conducting the business of the Council.

Complaints about members

If you believe that a councillor of Fareham Borough Council has failed to comply with the code of conduct, you should complete the complaint form which will be submitted to Leigh Usher, the Council's Monitoring Officer.

You can submit your complaint about an elected member using this online form which will automatically be routed to the Monitoring Officer: Online complaint form.
